+ -1 moreDarin was very communicative when I proposed the installation of a new front door. He explained everything that was to be done in great detail and performed the work quickly and efficiently. He removed my old door and installed a Mohogany front door which required custom molding to be fabricated from raw mahogany planks They look perfect. I couldn't ask for a better way to enter mynew home than through that door! Thanks Darin I have more work for you

+ -1 moreDarin Gruber was hired by us to replace a front door on income property that we own. One thing led to another and we decided to have him do some major renovation to the unit in preparation for renting it. Darin had some very unique ideas regarding relocating laundry hookups from a kitchen to a water heater closet and installing a tankless water heater in the attic. That soon led to completely remodeling the kitchen, scraping ceilings and repainting the unit, updating the bathroom and many other little repairs/improvements. He always had immediate access to licensed plumbers and electricians who handled some of the unexpected issues that arose during the remodel. Thanks to Darin, we now have a beautiful, remodeled apartment that will increase our rental income substantially. Throughout the entire process Darin was professional, honest and neat. Keep in mind that he is not JUST a carpenter - he can do everything and what he can't do, he'll find the perfect tradesman who can. We highly recommend him for just about anything your home needs. You won't be disappointed!
Description of Work: Relocated washer and dryer hookups, installed tankless water heater, demolished old cabinetry and counters, scraped ceilings, painted, installed base and door moldings, installed new kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, granite counter tops, tiled floors in kitchen and bathroom and lots of other miscellaneous stuff that arose during the remodel.
