Greens Lock & Safe Co

In a hurry, I forgot my purse with my housekeys, work keys, wallet, & cell phone in it. Drove to my daughter's house, 35 miles away..with little gas & no driver's license, no money. Called Green's Lock & Safe Co. & the owner, Todd met me at my house just after 5pm. My locks are hard to get into so it took over 35 minutes to complete the job. Todd was efficient, pleasant, knew his job well. I would use the Company again.

They made the appointment quickly for the next day. Said they would be there between 12:00 & 3:00. I called at 12:00 to confirm appointment and see if I could get a closer ETA. They said the technician was on the way. I drove to the warehouse, about 20 minutes away. After I got to the warehouse they called and said they needed to reschedule because another client had called and they had to service that client who was a regular customer. I was upset because I had already driven to the warehouse to let them in and I was paying someone to be at the warehouse to stay with them until the work was finished. After several phone calls back and forth, the technician did show up at 3:00 and did change the lock quickly. He made 8 key copies, 7 of which worked. He didn't check them before he left. They were much less expensive than the company I usually hire, and I would use them again for that reason. Everyone was very polite.

The first technician came out to re-key the locks, but when he found that there were several different brands of locks, he suggested that we buy one brand of locks and then call them back to install. This would save us quite a bit of money. I purchased the locks and called back to set up another appointment. A technician came out the next day. I appreciated the advice of the first technician to save money, and appreciated the professionalism and speed of the second technician. He was able to replace and/or re-key the locks in about 90 minutes. I thought the price was very good. The dispatcher, Lois, was friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is the punctuality of the company. Though I was given a time window, I had to wait an hour or more after the ending of the window for the technician to come. I would use them again, but would not plan on scheduling anything for a couple of hours after their expected arrival time.

THEY MADE THE APPOINTMENT WITH US VERY QUICKLY. THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE QUICKLY AND THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DID FOR US.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND DID IT INSIDE A COUPLE OF HOURS. HE WAS VERY POLITE. HE SAID "YES, SIR" AND "NO, SIR." THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. IT WORKS VERY WELL, IT DOESN'T CATCH ON ANYTHING.

WE REALLY LIKE GREENS LOCK AND SAFE BECAUSE THEIR WORKERS ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS WILLING TO SERVE US. THEY GET THINGS DONE QUICKLY SO THAT WE DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT VERY LONG FOR OUR KEYS.

THE MAN WAS VERY POLITE, HE TOLD US EXACTLY HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE FOR THE KEYS TO BE DONE AND WAS EXACT. THE SERVICE WAS VERY FAST AND CHEAP. I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK.
