DYNASTY GLASS & MIRROR

Two employees came out to my place on 3/31/12 to give me a quote and run down of what they were going to do. It's a simple job; remove old bath vanity mirror and replace with a larger one. First, the owner cashed my deposit check within a couple of days and did not call me to tell me that they the mirror had arrived. I had to call and find out over a week and a half later. Then on the installation day, the man who was going to do it was not the same men who gave me the quote.. so he was about to cut a complete full corner of out of my new mirror for the electrical outlet.. which was not how the job was described during the quote. When we stopped him from proceeding with the cutting, he insisted we move the outlet and again, if that was a problem, we'd mentioned and pointed out this outlet to the employees beforehand and both of them promised that it's not an issue. So we sent the installer away.The owner will not give us back the deposit but offered that we can keep our mirror instead. He's promised deliver the mirror on four (4) different dates including TODAY, and has not shown up with it. He's hung up on me each and every time even prior to this unfortunate disagreement (ie when I called to check on the status of the mirror's arrival or to schedule an install date). I've stopped calling using my cell phone because he won't pick up but it won't be long before he recognizes my office number and stop answering that too.

The installer arrived about an hour later than agreed, but did a satisfactory job replacing the glass. A little extra cleanup was required after he left.

Good quick work. Could have cleaned extra putty off the glass better, but overall excellent service.

We had a very positive experience. The worker was very careful with removing the door and also with installing it. Also it was the best price we had received.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY FAST AND AFFORDABLE. I ORDERED THE MIRRORS AND THEY CAME TO INSTALL THEM THE NEXT DAY! HOWEVER, THE GENTLEMEN WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WERE VERY LATE. THIS WAS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. THEY ALSO BROKE ONE OF THE MIRRORS WHILE INSTALLING IT AND HAD TO COME BACK ON ANOTHER DAY TO FINISH THE JOB. THEY WERE LATE ON THIS SECOND DAY AS WELL. OVERALL, THEY DID A GOOD JOB FOR THE PRICE I PAID.
