+ -1 moreTHEY WERE EXCELLENT AND HONEST. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE BATTERY PACK IN THE MOTHER BOARD.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE WAS ALL RIGHT--IT TOOK A BIT LONG FOR US TO GET OUR COMPUTER BACK, AROUND FIVE OR SIX HOURS. IT'S AN OKAY STORE BUT IT'S NOT AS IF THE SERVICE WERE REALLY EXCEPTIONAL. IT'S ACCEPTABLE, BUT NOT GREAT.
Description of Work: WE HAD A VIRUS ON OUR COMPUTER SO WE TOOK IT IN TO CTS SO THEY COULD FIX IT AND REFORMAT OUR COMPUTER FOR US.
