If you are in their service area, go with them. Chem-Dry is much better than regular steam-cleaning and unlike Chem-Dry carpet tech, these people don't use hidden fees and last minute charges. I love how honest they were when I asked them a lot of questions.
Description of Work: I called for information. I'm out of their service area but I loved how honest they were about what was and was not needed.

The gentlemen were very friendly and very professional. They cleaned the carpet and used the odor removing chemical. I expected the odor to return or the stains to come back up..but it has been a few months now and NO ODOR!! It was VERY expensive for my budget but in the long run it was worth it!
Description of Work: I had pet odor throughout the house. Chem Dry could clean the carpet for a reasonable price without addressing the odor. Or they could address the odor superficially for $500+ or they could remove the odor with a very detailed process and chemicals for $1400+. I was not prepared to spend that kind of money as I am a single mom & do daycare out of my home. But I absolutely had to get the carpets cleaned and the odor removed, so I chose the $500 route.

They are very good about cleaning both carpet and furniture. They are able to schedule me promptly. The people who work for the company are very nice. I do not worry about letting any of them into my house. They are all personable, hardworking, and energetic. They also offer a service where they call to remind me about needing a cleaning a year after the past appointment.
Description of Work: Chem-Dry came out to clean the carpeting in my home. They have also cleaned upholstery in the past.

The employees who did the job were extremely efficient. The entire job took about 45 minutes. The drying time was quoted as 1-2 hours, but took a little over that time, roughly 3-5 hours. The carpets looked great. The only disappointment was that the company does not move large pieces of furniture, such as beds or large dressers, but will move sofas.
Description of Work: The carpet was cleaned in three mid-size rooms and treated with Scotch-Guard.

HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND TRIED VERY HARD TO DO THINGS. I WAS SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY DID. THE CLEANING THEY DID ON THE CARPET TURNED OUT REAL WELL, BUT THE STRETCHING JOB THEY DID DIDNT TURN OUT VERY GOOD. HE CLAIMED THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION OF THE CARPET WASNT GOOD.

MY PARENTS HAD USED THEM FOR YEARS AND THEY DID A FINE JOB. THE RUGS DIDN'T TURN OUT THAT GREAT SO THEY TOOK THEM WITH THEM BUT IT STILL DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THEY DID ANYTHING. BUT WITH THE CARPETS, THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF MAKING THEM LOOK GOOD.

THE WORKERS FROM chem DRY WERE VERY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND IT LOOKS REALLY GOOD. THEY DID IT IN THE LEAST AMOUNT OF TIME THAT THEY COULD.

CHEM-DRY OF FOOTHILLS CARPET HAS DONE A FABULOUS JOB, THEY HAVE DONE SO WELL THAT I'VE BEEN GETTING SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON MY CARPET. IT'S REALLY SOFT AND WHITE.
