 + -1 moreWe ordered windows, doors and hardware frome this company. From start to finish they were amazing! I felt comfortable having the installers in my home. They were careful and did a great job. The sales woman that helped us was so good with design. She did not push me into something beyond my budget but helped me pick windows that were beautiful. We will be using them again!

 + 0 moreAfter they took my deposit they stopped responding. That should have been a red flag. It took them 4 months to get my windows installed and after they installed it incorrectly and didn't follow any of our designs we talked about. I spent almost 100k with this company and this is how they treat you. Windows went on damaged and incorrect(wouldn't take responsibility for the damaged windows). Poor service and no one takes responsibility there. Stay away from this company!

Description of Work: While the quality of the work, the replacement of a window sash, was satisfactory, I had to wait for two months. After one month I called and was told that the sash was at their place of business, and that someone would contact me to schedule installation. A month later I got desperate and drove to their facility and only then was told that someone would contact me. They did later that day, and the installation itself was satisfactory, but having to wait for two month without a status report of any kind was unacceptable. After the sash was finally installed I requested an estimate for changing a door, and the technician took the measurements and said someone would get back to me. That was on June 23, and I am still waiting on July 7. Verdict: quality of product and installation was fine, but the casual approach to scheduling and an utter failure to keep clients informed makes this an unreliable provider. Better clerical support in the office and perhaps a better system for tracking orders would help.

 + -1 moreWe ordered the doors by giving them money. It was months before they were installed. They were very unprofessional. Their customer service is the worst that I have ever encountered. The project was prolonged and prolonged. They had canceled appointments too. They had done it when I had actually canceled a doctor?s appointment to be here at home. I could never get a straight answer from anyone in the office. Their service was unbelievably poor. Our experience with them was horrible. I would never recommend them to anyone. I would tell people to avoid doing business with them.

 + 0 morestarted off quite well in terms of initial estimation and bid for work... however, once we committed, we found that they did not respond to our many phone calls for final negotiations. After approx., 4-6 weeks they finally, agreed to do the work, and requested 50% down pymt. Fine, we complied, and it then took another 8-12 weeks of waiting for them to make the door and schedule an install date. I had to call numerous times for status and in fact had to chase down the company owner for some information. He had none to provide since he delegated all work to his salesman/partner (?). The overall time-frame to completion spanned 14-18 weeks or so. I do have to admit though that the quality of materials and workmanship seemed to be quite good, however it's the service responsiveness that would prevent me from recommending their company in the future.

 + -1 moreThey came out and did the measurements. About four weeks passed and I finally followed up on the status of my estimate. They were very nice and apologetic and explained that they were busy, people were on vacation, etc. but that I should expect my estimate within a couple more weeks. Well, about two months later I received the estimate. By this time, I had already ordered the windows and had them installed by another company. Their estimate was lower than the company who ultimately did the work, though.
Description of Work: Called for an estimate. Was difficult to schedule. Wanted to schedule for two months down the road, when I said no thank you, I'll call someone else, I was then told they could come out the following week.

 + -1 moreTHE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THERE WAS A SLIGHT MISCOMMUNICATION AND WE HAD TO HAVE ONE OF THE WINDOWS REDONE, BUT THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND MEASURED ALL OUR WINDOWS. THEY CUSTOM BUILT THEM TO THE LOOK WE WERE TRYING TO GO FOR AND THEY DELIVERED THEM TO OUR HOME.
