It all went well.

It went extremely well. This is pretty much what my husband wrote in a Yelp review and I agree completely: "They painted the exterior of our home and some outbuildings, and I can't imagine how the job could have gone more smoothly or more comfortably. The results are excellent. Gregory had infinite patience for discussing color ideas with us, always pleasant and never rushed. We're very happy with the final color selection. The crew were friendly, professional, and considerate. They kept the disruption to a minimum, and at the end of the job picked up after themselves thoroughly. They did a very thorough job, sanding and priming where the sun had blasted through the old paint. The work was completed on budget and on schedule, despite the schedule being complicated by the need to interleave this painting job with gutter work and roof work being done by a different crew." A year later, I would add that the paint has held up well and it looks like it was done yesterday. We love the colors and I know we wouldn't have done as good of a job figuring this out with out Gregory's help.

Their design consultation was very good. Their quality was excellent. I thought that their pricing was okay and was not overly expensive. The job took about two days and they were able to complete it over a weekend while we were gone. They left no mess behind. They were wonderful overall.

Don't tell him how to do his job. Do let him guide you in your decisions and be open minded. We found it to be a pleasant experience and feel quite comfortable in recommending him to others wanting exterior and/or interior painting.
