It was almost impossible to get them to come here to give an estimate. They came to the site after 3 attempts to get them here and after a month of waiting. When they did come they looked at the site and we asked for a written cost estimate for the work and they left promising to give us one. We never received an estimate from them nor did we ever hear from them again.

They arrived the next day to my emergency repair request for the pump. They evaluated the system when they installed the new pump. At my request they fixed the holding tank. Because access was all outside, they did not require that I be at home. I approved the tank work by phone, then installed when I was at work and left the paperwork under the door mat. They did excellent, prompt work in a way to minimize inconvenience to me.

We recently need passport photos in a hurry to renew documents for an upcoming trip. We stopped by the Aptos UPS Store a few blocks from our house. The staff there made a point of working quickly and delivered two sets of photos w/n 15 minutes. They even retook one of the shots to ensure a straight on angle to meet the issuing country requirements. Unfortunately, the consulate still found the pix lacking in detail and brightness. They ended up accepting them, though. Our experience with the notary at the same location was OK. She spent a very long time on another client, our pictures were already done and paid for by the time she notarized a very simple form signature.
