+ -1 moreRussell came out to find the the origin of a roof leak with had. He came out on time, inspected the building and all factors related to the leak and offered his conclusion. He continued to offer the how-tos of repair/replace and where to begin. Apparently, Russell does do repairs, however he never offered these services an didn't let this cloud his status as independent inspector, which was very much appreciated.
Description of Work: We had a roof leak and needed to have a final, third party opinion as to where the leak was, how it happened and who -if anyone- to hold responsible. Russell came out to settle this dispute.

Description of Work: He repaired a leaky roof. He had to reseal the flashing on a bitumin roof.

+ 0 moreRussell repaired the cracked tiles on our roof back in 2001, which fixed the leaks we experienced. He was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. I was impressed with his ability to fix old ceramic roof tiles which are no longer made.

+ 0 moreRussell was great. He was right on time. He thoroughly inspected the roof, then told us his findings. He was honest in his assessment of the damage and told us what to expect from a roofing company. He sent us his roofing report the next day. We would HIGHLY recommend him and his company.
Description of Work: Russell came out and inspected the roof of a home we were purchasing. He does minor roofing repair, but was unable to repair the roof due to the large amount of damage.
