Description of Work: Mike Kelly and his crew completely stripped and renovated the interior of my 1975 (1440 Square foot) manufactured home in less than 4 weeks. Mike and his crew brought this old house to 2014 standards. Now it is a palace. |There were as many as 6 experienced employees here at one time. One of them hung all my new light fixtures too. I moved in on time and the date specified in the contract. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I am very lucky to have had them for this project.

He and his crew are diligent, punctual, detailed, kind, friendly, able, talented, skilled, ethical and honest, providers of high quality and experts in their field. We can not say enough good things about Mike and his crew. They were extremely diligent in the high quality of work provided at our home and at our business. We had an awful experience with our first contractor at our residence that made us hesitant to work with another. But, our experience with Mike was beyond pleasant and easy. It reminded us that there are businessmen who take pride in their work while treating their clients with respect and dignity. Mike and his crew listened to us, offered advice and options when we needed input, suggested alternatives when problems arose, handled change orders easily, never showed frustration with us as our project changed as we moved along, used quality products and materials. The crew was always on time and Mike was on site when necessary. We trusted him and his crew and felt comfortable leaving our house or gym in their able hands. We have recommended Mike Kelly to our friends and would do so again and again. We are considering buying another home and would NEVER consider doing so without Mike Kelly as our contractor.
Description of Work: We hired Mike Kelly and his crew in 2013 to remodel the commercial space we rent for our boxing gym, after we had used his services at our residential home in 2012. At our home, they demolished our old deck and built us a new custom 800 sq ft redwood deck; built a fully roofed custom 2 car carport; tore out our old back yard fencing and built us a new redwood fence to match our front fence; ripped out an old concrete drive way and laid a new stone walk way; installed a shed; fortified our existing side fence; installed our hot tub and fortified deck base accordingly; fortified/fixed/modified our old facade fence and planter boxes at the front of our driveway; installed our black iron electric swing gate; installed our mailbox; ran water line for our sprinkler system; installed lighting for carport and additional outlets for outside use. Total home project ran around $40K for all costs. Gym remodel included: removing all current lighting in ceiling and painting ceiling; removing old wiring from ceiling; fortifying ceiling joists to be able to hold 100lb heavy bags; installing bag hooks; installed custom mats and rubber flooring including trim and baseboards; rewired and hung all ceiling lighting; installed exterior lighting and sign; painted walls and ceiling.

Description of Work: He came to look at my siding. I thought that some of the boards needed to be fixed. He came and looked at the siding and told me that I didn't need to use a large company and that I could use a smaller company. I was very happy with the way he handled the estimate and being honest about the work.
