When I hired Kathy she quoted $300 for this service. When I was paying she requested me to make Check for $350 and I refused. According to Kathy there was no appreciation in price through 14 months. An identical condo above my unit sold for the same price she appraised my condo for. That is at a rate of above $400. News paper August 2019 survey shows condos in Santa Cruz go for an average price of $555. I think Kathy low balled my home.
