They came out on a Saturday and replaced the hot water heater promptly. We thought the problem was taken care of but leaking resumed wetting an interior wall which we had repaired by someone else with mold remediation. Not their fault. A few months later the hot water heater stopped working and the drip pan and insulation surrounding it were extremely wet. They came out and said the connector had been stripped and fixed it no charge. The hot water heater continued to periodically malfunction requiring approximately 4 visits before they were able to resolve the issue. Very responsive and again, no charge. It seemed an excessive number of times to fix what appeared to us as a simple problem, hence the rating of C for quality.

Heater leak occurred at 4pm on a Friday. They were able to get out by Saturday at noon and replaced the hot water heater without difficulty. (All other plumbers I contacted were busy or had no emergency services.) The only fly in the ointment was that the quoted $1100-1200 cost ballooned to $1475 as the heater turned out to be a 50 gallon tank, not the 40 gallon one I thought we had. Very expensive, but it was a weekend service. Pleasant, timely and fast.
