+ 0 moreFull Spectrum Construction is absolutely wonderful. Mary Blomdal is incredibly responsive. She provided me with a detailed estimate and worked with me to see what features could be removed to get the price down to something I could afford. If someone was supposed to be at my house, they were there to the minute of when I was told. Mary answered every question immediately, by phone, email or in person. Both the quality of materials and the workmanship is exceptional, and the price is great. I'll be giving them more work as other projects pop up around the house. Completely professional, friendly, punctual and responsive. I couldn't ask for better.
Description of Work: We had part of an existing patio and shade structure turned into an office. It was framed in, electrical/network run into the room, insulated, sheet rock hung, painted, fixtures put up, doors/windows installed, and wall AC/heater installed. Essentially an entire room addition to my house including everything except the final flooring.

+ -1 moreOverall, we were very happy. We've used her for small and medium sized jobs over the past 5 years and we continue to be pleased. It is her own small company. She doesn't live close to us, she is more of a personal friend of my wife so she comes by when she is in the area. She always lets us know when she will be coming by, she is always honest and upfront about whether she will be there or not.
Description of Work: Full Spectrum Construction replaced a wooden gate on our fence. She built a new one, removed the old one and replaced it.
