CRYSTAL CLEAR WINDOWS

They were quick and less expensive than another company I had used for other windows. They were clean, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I had an issue with one of the windows installed and they came out quickly and fixed it.

I think they are great. I have used them many times before for other jobs. They are very professional and friendly and all their clients seem to like them very much. I like them very much as well and will continue using them.

They were very professional, courteous, and really knew what it would take to do this job quickly and without problems. The price was very competitive with other companies though.

Cons: We pointed out a window in the store and told the sales rep that was exactly what we wanted. He wrote up the paperwork for us and we agreed to a price. When the windows arrived, they were not the same as the ones we had pointed out. They were missing the exterior grids (we wanted to replicate the old-style windows our house was built with). We asked about it, and were told that the grids would be added later. After the windows were all installed, when the grids were attached, they were not the ones we had asked for. They were VERY flimsy, snap in grids. When we brought this to the attention of the owner, she was very hostile and even had her fianc threaten my husband. Also, the workers were not very professional in their appearance and were almost always late. Pros: They ended up giving us a deal on the windows for our trouble. The installation seemed to have been done well and matches with our old plaster. They installed everything quickly.
