Our experience has been 100% positive! Rick has been extremely helpful through this first aspect of our project. He provides excellent attention to details and has a great crew. Tom is the foreman. He and the crew have been great to work with also. Our foundation inspection was completed yesterday without a hitch and the form boards are being removed now. Once the concrete dries we can begin the framing and our house will start to take shape. We wouldn't hire anyone else for the construction of the rest of our home. Crocker Homes has the job! It's hard to put an exact price/sq ft on this remodel because it involves remodeling 2 bathrooms, adding a new master bedroom and bath, converting an interior porch to the original exterior design (as best as we can tell!), demolition of about 200 sq ft of existing construction, remodeling the kitchen with top notch appliances, granite slabs and custom cabinets, custom cabinets throughout the house, new hardwood throughout, and adding 650 sq ft of new square footage. We have signed a contract and Crocker Homes will be our contractor.
