Description of Work: I installed the aqua-genesis de-scaler on the cold water line and the results over the last 3 months have been as advertised. Scaling on shower heads softened and disappeared. My wife likes the way the dishwasher cleans better. I've drained scale from the water heaters over the last 3 months (as advised by A-G), and now it looks like I've caught up.

 + -1 moreI have purchased this Water softener on line (www.AquaGenesisUSA.com) and installed it within about one hour. That included reading the supplied Manual. Within 3 days I began to feel the water is getting softer. After one week my wife hugged and kissed me, after taking shower and washing her hair. She mentioned her hair feels completely different... Aqua Genesis recommends 18 windings, I did 23. I have a 1/2" copper tubing, which is foam insulated. After finishing the installation, I have covered Water Softener wiring with 3/4" foam insulation - to prevent sweating. Completed system works miraculously and is Guaranteed for two years. I have no doubt, - the Acquisition cost shall be paid for within the first year by Energy Savings.
