Description of Work: aI was fairly satisfied with the first time I used them. The broken window was fixed, although it took 3 visits. The second time I needed them, I left phone messages them 3 times and they never responded.

+ -1 moreI would recommend them. They were pretty terrific. They showed up on time. They did exactly what they told me they were going to do. The finished on time, which is almost unheard of. They were great. I had a really good experience with them. The price is definitely an A. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Aptos Glass did our windows about a month ago. They replaced all of the windows in my home with double pane windows.

+ 0 moreThe small panes were reasonably priced and the location near to my house, but Aptos Glass took five days to have the order ready. They also were very disorganized and appear to have lost my order. The panes were also not cut precisely to size. At a later date I attempted to quote a custom-cut coffee table top and to find out about a shower door and other glazing. Aptos Glass took over two weeks to respond and their prices were 40% higher than elsewhere. I guess I only went back to them for the quote because they are so near my house.
Description of Work: I bought about a dozen small panes to reglaze a greenhouse. I also requested quotes for a coffee table, shower door and replacement windows, at a later date.
