+ -1 moreMark is a professional of high integrity. We asked for two estimates: one for repair of the old A/C system and the second for replacement with a new equivalent system. He recommended the repair options to save a substantial amount of money. However, after a day it became obvious that due to the age of the old system, repair was going to be much more expensive and troublesome than expected. I asked what he would charge to change options and do the new system. He said he would honor the original quote and not charge for the day of work, since he was wrong about the cost. The new system is in, works beautifully and costs thousands less than any competitor. His attention to detail and insistence on a perfect job slows down the process, but wow, what a nice job!
Description of Work: Replaced a 22 year old Furnace and A/C with a High Efficiency A/C, Heat Pump, Propane Furnace

+ -1 moreCame out late in the day before a 3-day weekend. Diagnosed problem quickly, and repaired it on the spot. Ended up working about 4 hours very late in the day. system looks and works great! I would highly recommend Mark and will use him again should I need A/C or heating work.
Description of Work: 2 A/C units were completely serviced. The entire system was inspected. One unit had a leak and Mark pressurized the system to find leak. After serving, he added 8 lbs of R22. System works like new!
