**DURING CO-VID QUARANTINE*~~Overall Negative Experience. The whole thing left me mortified and ashamed for doing business with this company. They where nice during estimate, but left me hanging after I payed. They disregarded all my concerns after the job was done, and the receptionist was extremely rude and nasty, then hung up on me point blank, then they all stopped answering my calls all together even though I am still under "warranty". There is obviously no warranty or guarantee here what so ever, just a lie. They were trying to shrug me off until the "warranty" was over, now they essentially have told me "too bad, we are not going to do anything". And all this during the CO-VID QUARANTINE non the less..........

I called and was able to receive a quote over the phone as well as a convenient appointment time. I was given an appointment between 8-3. Someone rang my doorbell at 7:45 AM which was fine with me. The young man introduced himself and made sure I was aware what he was going to be doing and how long it would take. As they were performing the work, they checked in with me and told me about the condition of my septic tank and offered suggestions on how to prevent any issues in the future. When they were done, they put everything back as they found it. They collected the exact amount I was quoted and provided me with a receipt. Price included $50 fee for digging.

The dates and amounts are estimates off the top of my head. They were very reasonable. The man that came out was personable and a hard worker. I asked him questions about the tree roots, and some other things, and he was right on top of the answers. I would recommend them to anyone.

The experience with their service was fine. They showed up on time. I had no complains. Their pricing was competitive.
