Forest answered my call immediately, was professional and shared information with me about the types of roaches and water bugs that are being seen in the area. He made arrangements with my tenants to gain access to their backyard patios and ensured that all of the units were treated properly. No more complaints from my tenants - and I've signed up for bi-monthly treatments with Forest.
