Fast Trac Tractor Service

tBrian was supposed to come out to estimate my grading project. He was not punctual for our appointed meeting time. Since I had an appointment later that afternoon, time was off the essence. He called and said that he would be there in 15mins. Then 45 minutes later I called him because I had not heard from him. I left a message and expressed my disappointed with his lack professionalism. This seemed to hit a nerve, since later he text me and said he has PLENTY of business and since he is "lacking professionalism" I could go elsewhere. He seemed to enjoy being rude to me and entertained a couple of texts expressing so. Further, he declared that as a small business owner he doesn't have to put up with anyone that he doesn't wish to and basically he is Good without My business. I was disappointed. I just wanted an estimate and was eager to begin my project. A business professional should go out of their way to make their client happy and get the job done right! What happened to good customer service ?? I am glad that I didn't spend any money since that was probably a preview of his work ethics...

found FAST TRAC on Angie's list. called DAN co-owner. he came out right away, gave estimate for yard cleanup. returned & worked 9am-3pm. got all the work done. came back the next am to finish up. we are very, very pleased with work done.
