DEAN HOWARD HEATING & A/C

Dean and his employees over a 4 1/2 day period removed my 15 year old HVAC system to include all of the Ducts and air registers and installed Carrier's top of the line 16 SEER HVAC system. They enlarged the Ducts and replaced all the registers with a newer more effective type. My new furnace operates at a 95% efficiency and along with my air conditioning is a two-stage zoned system. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work this company did, the employees were very professional, covered and protected the areas in my home where they worked, showed up on time each day, worked quickly but ensuring they were doing a quality job. Dean, the owner, was the very first to provide me with a project estimate, I eventually received three other bids but Dean's responsiveness to all of my questions and concerns led me to ultimately accept his bid. He was not the lowest but I sensed that he would provide me with the best product, installation and service over his competitors...my judgement was correct and I and my family are enjoying our new system that is more efficient than our previous system at much more energy efficient.
