+ -1 moreI called and Rick answered personally. He was honest and forthright on the phone. I told him our LG Dryer was not working and he told me he does not work on LG or Samsung appliances. He told me to call Sears or another service provider. He gave me the names. So... end of call. I'm off to find another service provider. He does not work on all brands.

+ -1 moreHe fixed the condenser in the freezer but it was a simple repair, I thought it would be a major repair but it was a simple thing and thankful Rick was honest and didn't try to up sale or say it was more complicated to get more money.
Description of Work: Rick showed up on time sand did the repair on my freezer and it was a lot less of a problem than anticipated, he was very honest and did not try to "fix" something to charge more. Will recommend him to family.

Description of Work: No response from inquiry on web site. Called directly a few days later. Over phone said it was probably panel that went, would cost as much to fix as to replace, so we replaced.
