Professional and knowledgeable. I did feel the cost was a bit much for such a minor repair (basically cleaning and defrosting the drain), but the work was satisfactory and the peace of mind is worth it.

The technician was very nice and seems to be experienced. However, the price was astronomical. He didn't use any parts or anything, after checking the refrigerator just filed the tank with oxygen/freezing component (I do not remember the name) . Everything took less that 30 minutes and the overall cost was over $240. It is about 50% of the price that I paid for the refrigerator that I bought bran new 2 years ago.

The technician had to order an igniter and kept me informed of the status of the order. The part came in within the two days that the technician estimated, and they came over as soon as the part arrived and fixed my oven.

AC died this weekend! Contacted AC Sunday evening. I could not believe they answered! By 11 am Monday they had fixed the problem. Excellent customer service, unbelievable availability in the middle of a heat wave, and excellent price.

The professioanl responded quickly and on time; the dryer works now. I had to hire another professional to complete the project / clean the dryer vent.

IN WALL OVEN: Appliance was 6 years old. Repairman determined parts that was defective but could not identify model number or acquire parts for customer. Model number on door was partially worn. Repairman was unaware that number was also on back of oven and could be seen after pulling unit out. Oven was replaced with new unit at large expense. Service charge was $39.95.

Anthony from AC Appliance came out on time and handled the job like a pro. He was thorough and did an excellent job. He was very helpful in explaining preventative steps to prolong the service life of a few of our appliances. Anthony took extra steps to ensure our repair was handled and checked additional areas to make sure everything was safe and clear. His detailed work not only fixed a dryer problem but prevented future problems and possible fire. I would not hesitate to call AC Appliance the next time the need arises. The charges seemed reasonable also.
