I am so excited about the whole interaction. My wife and I woke and it was my birthday morning. My wife realized the dryer wasn't working. I went online to see if there an easy solution. To my dismay there weren't any. I immediately decided to contact HomeAdvisor. My goodness is a quick and easy process. I was so surprised the Pro that I selected reached out to me within 30 minutes. I set up an appointment for noon. I received a call from the Technician to inform me that they were on there way. When he arrived I showed him to the dryer and the issue. It only took 25-30 minutes and he was done. Courteous, fast, efficient, and affordable. My wife and I were extremely excited and thrilled with the whole experience. Can't wait to inform all of my friends.

The technician was great!! He explained everything he was doing, so that we knew what was going on with our dryer. He also gave us tips on how to manage the dryer in order for the part not to burn out. Technician went above and beyond!
