A & A ABEL'S SEPTIC SVC

I was on vacation in Idaho when my daughter called to tell me the toilets were all overflowing and the tubs were filling up with sewage. A personal friend of ours owns a local septic service and still wouldnt come out on the weekend to pump the tanks. The last time the tanks were pumped was 20 years ago. After numerous calls to many places, I got a hold of A&A Abel's Septic. The woman on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. She told me all the things that COULD go wrong being it had been such a long time since the tanks had been serviced. At first I thought, "Oh no, this is going to cost a fortune". Then I relaxed, realized she was only passing along information and had them schedule me in. The truck showed up right on schedule. The service tech, Matthew, was so professional. He talked to me for a few minutes, asking questions and letting me know exactly what he was going to be doing. He found the tanks right away and went to work in the blazing sun. He discovered that, although the tanks were in need of pumping, the actual cause of the backup was a clogged line. Being he is also a certified plumber, he was able to snake my line for a small additional fee and found a HUGE grease blob was the culprit. Shortly thereafter, my tanks were pumped and he even saved the decrepit lids. The holes were filled back in and and the grass was smoothed over the top. The only unforeseen cost was the snake charge and I was thrilled that he was a certified plumber and could do that service too. Otherwise, I would have had to call a plumber out and pay three times what I paid A&A Abel's. You cannot even see where the grass was disturbed when he had to dig up the front yard. He was fast, efficient, smart as a whip and saved me a boat load of money. Very honest. Very forthright. He turned a really crappy situation in a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company! I am personal friends with the owner of Burns Septic in the high desert and I would still choose A&A Abel's Septic as my number one choice.
