The technition, Jeff, claimed he fixed the ice maker on site. Once the stove part arrived at his shop, Jeff called to make an appointment to install it. He missed the appointment and never called and efforts to contact him again were unsuccesful for days. The ice maker stopped working the next day. He finally called, never apologized for missing the original appointment and made a new appointement to installl the stove part and fix the ice maker. He missed that second appointment as well. When I called, he claimed the appointment was for another time, got nasty and hung up. He has my stove part, which I paid for, and all efforts to reach him have been unsuccesful. I paid over $275 for his initial service call plus over $160 for the part which he still has. This outfit is a joke and people should stear clear of using them for any reason
Description of Work: I called Service on Site to repair my range top and an ice maker. I was told I needed a new part and was given directions to order one, which I did. I paid for a service call as well as the part and had it shipped to the service provider. The technition, Jeff, claimed he fixed the ice maker on site.
