If I could give zero stars, I would. Called to make an appointment and ensure they came to my area, they do, great. First appointment time comes and I get a call from Lance that he forgot about the meeting and could he come the next day. Inconvenient, but I appreciated the call and said yes. The next day and time comes and goes and no one show up. I don't get a call. I call Lance and he doesn't answer. I call the office and speak to Kierra (who is never actually in the office when I call even though I call within business hours). She says she will get back to me within 5 minutes to see what's going on.
30 minutes later I get a text to the effect of "sorry for the inconvenience we will not be taking the opportunity to provide a quote".
After this they no longer respond to texts or pick up the phone. There has been no further communication.
Now as a woman I get treated like garbage all the time by companies I hire and was hoping they were different based on their reviews, which I now believe are fake.
I moved my schedule to be able to accommodate their "forgetting" an appointment, then completely ignored? Even a follow up call the next day would have made a difference.
Absolutely horrific business practice. They should not be in business and I would never trust them to do any work. Ridiculous.
