I work full time and have been accomodating, but it is now October. I contacted a few days ago and no reply at all. Why exactly am I paying for this membership?

Kendrick was very clear on what the results would be and we were very happy with how the carpets turned out. He was professional, fast, and did a thorough job, and left us with instructions on carpet care. Would definitely hire him again!

Description of Work: I had three rooms plus the stairs cleaned. There were areas that I thought could have been more clean (based on experience with other cleaners). In some areas the carpet took over a day to fully dry and most of the carpet was left feeling very stiff when dry.

 + -1 moreKendrick is professional. He knows carpets. He is personable, prompt, and reliable. He responded to my messages very quickly, was running a few minutes late and sent me a text message with an apology, and took his time cleaning my carpets. He explained the process, and has a deep appreciation for the trade. He explained to me what to expect, and why he could only use a mild cleaning agent, and at what pH level. The results were excellent. The carpets look and smell fresh. They are 20 year old carpets and look like they are relatively new. I am going to ask Prestige to come out annually to clean my carpets and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Description of Work: Prestige had a special for 4 rooms of carpeting on Angie's list. They meticulously cleaned four carpets in my house.
