 + -1 moreThey stole form us- a gold ring. No question about it, we found other jewelry lying on the carpet which my wife had kept in a jewelry box. Called the office several calls times to speak with the owner, but could never get a call back. We did file a police report, but they advised that there was not much we could do, it would already be melted down or sold. NEVER USE PESHONS.

Description of Work: NEVER USE PESHONS. We left the house while they cleaned, They were gone when we returned. Upstairs we saw a piece of jewelry lying on the freshly cleaned carpet. My wife went to the locked jewelry box she had hidden in her drawer where she kept this jewelry, and found it had been forced open and a gold ring heirloom stolen. I called their office repeatedly to talk to the owner, but the contact there told me the owner refuses to talk to customers. We filed a police report, but it did little to help. NEVER use Peshons. We were unable to talk with the owner. They are terrible.

 + -1 moreThe carpet looked beautiful, but there was still a slight odor of pet smell, which is why we were getting it cleaned. I did not call them back afterwards to report the odor.
Description of Work: Cleaned 14 x 16 oriental carpet. Resurged border. Service included pick-up and drop off.
