Very well. Finish product is very good, a great improvement. Work schedule was rapid and finished in a few days. A few twists and turns but resolved quickly, Schedule was more important to us than lowest possible cost. Juan is highly motivated to do a good job and have a satisfied customer. We wish him well.

Juan is a great professional. He takes great pride in his work. Our tile replacement turned into a total bathroom remodel. With Juan's help the remodel turned out beautiful. we are definitely hiring Jaun to do our master bathroom.

Beautiful work, excellent communication, transparent costs, and very respectful of home! Juan regularly checked in with me to ensure I was happy with layout design, spacing, tiling, grout, installation of fixtures, etc. throughout the process. He provided good recommendations, while also having an open ear to the home owner's wants. True to his word, there were no hidden fees. The cost for the labor was as discussed prior to the start of the job and material costs were transparent. Also true to his word, Juan demo'd old tile, prepped the shower area for new tile, re-tiled, and did finishing touches (e.g., grout, re-install fixtures, etc.) in 2.5 days straight, so you don't have to deal with long wait times between steps/work days. As an additional plus, everyone at the Juan Infantas Tile group was very respectful of the home. Everyday, they newly covered floors, and they cleaned up (e.g., vacuumed, removed floor coverings, etc.) before leaving for the day.

Juan was excellent. He kept us informed of the process as we had our bathroom floor tiled.. He worked quickly and was very neat as he worked. The entire job was completed within 3 days. He is friendly and reasonably priced.. we look forward to hiring him to tile our shower in the future.

Juan was professional, timely, neat, clean, and very exacting in his work. I have already recommended him to others. Additionally, he lined up other workers for me who were also high caliber professionals. He is personable and helpful and wants the customer to be pleased with his work. He understands what customer service means!

Juan is a tile guy, NOT a bathroom contractor. He does NOT know how to install plumbing fixtures, redo piping, make any structural changes to your bathroom, install windows, etc. I made the mistake of hiring him for a small bathroom renovation. He was utterly unprofessional and chauvinistic. He asked me to go to Home Depot to purchase supplies almost on a daily basis (maybe this is because I was at home and working on other projects around the house), but isn't this what I paid him for? I can bet he doesn't treat male customers this way. Then, he has the audacity to tell me that if I was a good person, I would pay him more for the work he did. We agreed on a price for the job at the beginning and then, when he wants payment for completion, he basically argues with me about how the job was a lot of work and I should pay him more. Unbelievable. On top of that, he installed a window in my bathroom completely incorrectly and not to code. I now need to get this work redone properly by another contractor. I will never hire him again. I'm shocked that he has good reviews on here. I'm guessing they hired him just for tile work, and nothing that actually requires a bathroom/general contractor.

The job was extended to about five days. Juan was prompt each and every day. He was assisted by his young adult son. Both worked in total harmony and the job was completed on time and for the agreed price! We also had great email, texting and phone communications. Photos, including the fisheye shot, were taken under difficult lighting conditions but do show the finished job...well done!

Juan did an amazing job tiling two of our bathrooms. We utilized Heath tile which is handmade and can be very difficult to set, but Juan handled it like a pro. Both bathrooms look wonderful! He was very easy, punctual and flexible to work with. I recommend him wholeheartedly!

Juan was very professional. He was extremely punctual and did high quality work quickly. We enjoyed having him at the house. He is super personable and responsive. We did have one thing that we wanted him to come back and make a minor tweak on, which he did right away and without any reluctance. We would definitely hire him again!

Very professional, timely and did a great job! This was a huge job but it was done in two weeks!
