I was very impressed with Javier and his people. His labor rate of $40 per hour is fair and his estimates for the amount of labor required for each task was realistic. They dug out the old sod and disposed of it, installed gopher wire, put in edger board, brought in top soil and installed the new sod in 800 sq ft., and tuned up the sprinkler heads .

Great guys. Javier takes pride in his knowledge of the business and it shows in his work. Very responsive and sensitive to costs. Works very collaboratively in terms of choices to be made. Cares about the details, including clean up. We will not hesitate to use them again. P.S. This was more than lawn removal - we got rid of our dead lawn and planted a tree and drought-tolerant plants.
