 + 1 moreThe work done was good but getting this company to complete what they say they will is very difficult. I kept asking for a receipt for the windows for the warranty from mid February 2008 on. On July 7th 2008 I finally received this receipt only after complaining to Better Business Bureau. When I did that, Mr Rod Jansen got very upset with me and felt I had a short fuse but finally got the receipt to me. I am sure that I could have found another company who would have done just as nice a job but would have been much easier to communicate with. Due to that fact, I would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: We had our kitchen remodeled from the ground up. New cabinets, flooring and windows.

 + -1 moreI COMPARED PRICES AND MODELS AND DECIDED THAT SEARS HAD THE BEST DEAL AND QUALITY I WANTED. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB. THE MAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: SEARS CAME OUT TO REPLACE THE DISHWASHER WE HAD BOUGHT FROM THEM. THEY REMOVED THE OLD ONE AND INSTALLED THE NEW ONE.
