+ -1 moreThey are pretty good. We cannot choose the contractor that comes out and I think that is the only thing. But so far the contractor that came out was pretty reliable. They came on time.
Description of Work: I used the services of Fidelity Mortgage for home warranty. We did call them five times last year so they did a quite a bit for us. The last time we had them was for a plumbing problem.
