Punctual, friendly, two service people, helpful, efficient. I have no complaints. I had my furnace checked and cleaned for piece of mind. As I mentioned, it had been a few years.

ALL GOOD!!

We had mold in our system. He evaluated the system. Once we had the mold removed he came back and did the repair. They were very thorough and a job well done. Insurance is paying by the insurance company. I asked him up front because I really wanted to know what he was doing and get an impression about the ac system. I am always trying to learn something. I asked if he could listen while I talk and he said oh sure, ok. So from time to time I went and asked him questions about what was that for and what does that do and how old is the system. I got a lot of information that he was willing to share. Everything that he needed to to to un clog the drain system is working well.

The guy showed up on time and inspected everything and finally found out I need a T-stat and went out to truck to see if he has one and came back in and did put it on the wall and filled out the paper work, bill.

He was very prompt with the appointment. He was thorough in his inspection which he explained to me in detail. Very professional and personable.

This contractor looked at my 2nd house inspection report and gave me an estimate of $275 to finish the job as described in the report. He did five things in one hour, and would have finished quicker if he hadn't been so patient and helpful explaining things to me very clearly while showing me what he was doing. I don't think I've hired a contractor in the past year who was so stress free to deal with, did more than I expected, treated me professionally and was very clear with no surprises. He not only sealed the insulation the previous contractor didn't seal, but corrected several mistakes to properly cover the unit before sealing it. Several professionals noted that the outside A/C unit was too close to the house, but this was the first person who checked to see that it wasn't bolted to the ground and just moved it out a few inches to correct that problem. So he actually fixed two things that I didn't expect him to, and the total cost was $100 less than the estimate! I would certainly hire this company back, however, if you need ducts cleaned they don't do that. Great Guy!
