+ -1 moreTHE COMPUTER GUY'Z WERE VERY GOOD. THEY TOOK THE COMPUTER THAT WOULD NOT EVEN COME ON. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE COMPUTER WORKING AGAIN AND IT IS WORKING VERY GOOD.
Description of Work: THE COMPUTER GUY'Z HAD TO TAKE MY HARD DRIVE AND KILL IT COMPLETELY AND START REPROGRAMMING IT FROM THE START. THEY INSTALLED A FIREWALL AND MCAFEE SYSTEM.

+ -1 moreTHE COMPUTER GUY'Z WORK VERY HARD TO GET MY NEW COMPUTER BACK UP, AND RUNNING. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY KILLED IT COMPLETELY, AND RESTARTED IT, AND NOW IT IS RUNNING GREAT. THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB.
Description of Work: THE COMPUTER GUY'Z HAD TO DUMP MY COMPUTER, AND RE-LOAD EVERYTHING. THE VIRUS HAD REALLY MESSED IT UP. THEY WORKED FOR THREE HOURS, AND FIXED IT.
