We weren't happy with this job, because the air conditioner doesn't blow out cold air and they tried to say it was the blower, but the blower works. It's the condenser because it freezes up, however, they won't come out to fix it, and I can't figure out why they won't call me back. I know once I get it fixed it will be the last time I call them.

I called California Energy Service and they came out and installed five windows and installed a furnace and air conditioner, but I was not happy with the job they did because the owner wouldn't get the permits. It wasn't a good experience, nothing was done properly, and after fighting with them for six months we finally got things resolved. There were too many problems with this company and I will never do business with them again. The windows are ok, and after they finally straightened out the cooling and heating system, it still isn't right because the heat blows stronger in some rooms than in other rooms, and the same for the air conditioner. So you have some rooms that are too cold and some rooms are too hot, but I can't do anything about it, so I'll have to deal with it.
