Charles met with me to give me a quote on building a retaining wall in my backyard. He was very personal and seemed professional. He said he could help me to install my retaining wall and would get back to me with a quote. I reached out to him once and never received a call back and have not heard from him again.

I can NOT say enough GREAT things about this company. I have been going back to Charles, job after job. He has done work for me on 2 different properties and every time I am blown away by his and his employees level of skill and workmanship. Charles is the BEST and I will go back to him over and over. I will warn folks, he gets swamped with work, that is what happens when you do such a great job at the best possible price....you are in DEMAND. Charles is in demand....I hate having to wait sometimes, but I'd rather wait than work with someone I don't know and trust like I do Charles. So if you call and he doesnt get back to you, even if he comes out for an estimate and still doesnt get back to you, it is worth it to keep calling him. I know I get frustrated with contractors that I have to track down, but in reality I'd rather keep calling the one I trust than to hire someone I dont trust only because they returned my calls. Know that Charles is NOT avoiding you, he DOES care, just keep in mind he does EVERYTHING, billing, estimates, payroll and he is out there right with his guys in the pits working away right next to them. Charles is THEE best contractor in the greater Bay Area!! And most likely the best everywhere, but he can only travel so far!

I had someone do some work in my basement for me and it didn't pass inspection. I was going to just get it re-done and pay for it again. Charles let me know I didn't need to do that and that I could get the money I paid for the job back and walked me through how to do that. I got the money back and Charles took care of the job I needed and did it the right way. His price was lower than a lot of other companies I had estimates from. He has a license for everything and he speaks about 4 different languages. He was always here on time and never missed any days he was supposed to be. He cleaned up and they were neat. He is just a great person, I can't say enough good things about him. He really took care of me and I have a lot of other projects I am going to use him for. I have also recommended him to a lot of people and they are all thrilled with him and his work as well!
