Carmen was quick to reply to my request for housekeeping services (contact made same day I was looking for service). I met with Carmen to get a quote. She was a lovely person and I was happy to do business with her. After scheduling our first cleaning (met 5/6, work to be done 6/4), I received a text from Carment asking to move the date to 6/6 due to a "scheduling conflict I was not aware of." That was not a problem and we rescheduled for 6/6. On 6/5, I received a confirmation text for the 6th. 45 minutes before they were due to arrive, I received another text saying they would have to reschedule due to employee issues. I had already waited a month and didn't want to be bumped again. Carmen was very nice and appeared trustworthy. I would have liked having her in my home, but the rescheduling was quite unprofessional. I wish I had gone with another company instead and would not recommend this company to friends, family, or neighbors. Quoted price was reasonable, but if no one shows, it doesn't really matter.
