 + -1 moreI've been using Bright Sun since October of 2010 and they have answered all my questions and given me information whenever I needed. The couple are very friendly, informative, and thorough. If they see anything that needs maintenance and will cost extra, they inform me of the cost involved before making any repairs. The monthly cost is fair; I know the pool is being well taken care of.
Description of Work: I use Bright Sun for weekly maintenance of pool and spa at my home.

 + -1 moreThey were doing work for a company before I came here and they personally have been doing the work for three and a half years. They are not a huge company. They rely on return customers and return business. They rely on a well clientele. I work on a monthly scale with them. They charge me around $250 and $350 per month for all my properties.
Description of Work: I use the services of Bright Sun Pool for pool and spa service. They come out on every Wednesday and so their last visit was on September 8th.

 + -1 moreBRIGHT SUN POOL CAME OUT TO LOOK AT OUR HOT TUB BECAUSE IT WAS NOT HEATING UP. HE CAME RIGHT AWAY AND WAS ABLE TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM, HE ORDERED THE PART AND CHANGED IT. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNICATED WITH US EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING AND WHEN THE JOB WOULD BE DONE.
Description of Work: OUR HOT TUB WAS NOT HEATING UP WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSE TO. WE CALLED BRIGHT SUN POOL AND THE OWNER CAME OUT AND CHANGED THE HOSE BID AND HEATER ELEMENT.
