 + 0 moreIn this instance I called Joel to discuss the objectives of the curent project. I then emailed him a list of some of my thoughts. Joel replied with a detailed list of objectives which I signed off on. Over the next couple of days Joel stayed in verbal and written contact with me to verify his that his work was on target. This really gave me the sense that he is not only on track and but that the money I am paying him is going toward productive work.
Description of Work: Joel has assisted our company numerous times over the years in website development and maintentance. This round he created and registered new domain names and provided significant updates to two websites in record time. As usual, he has been a great communicator in terms of frequency and content. I always know where Joel is on a project. Joel always creates a project list of objectives which he presents to me for approval before beginning so that he is certain of the required objectives. He does well working long distance, I am located in Texas and he is in California. I trust Joel with passwords and with credit card information. The only reason I would use someone else if if Joel ever retires....I hope he does not!
