Description of Work: I contacted them in September of 2012, took over a month for an appointment for two awnings at my residence and to clean all the awnings at my business. After numerous emails,the owner finally came over on a Saturday, so I went through the design completely with measurements & detailed sketches. Weeks later 2 others came over, went through the design again & did more sketches. I needed input from them for how the awning would work with a new gutter after these recent downpours, 6 calls & emails later no response. Then another new couple of guys showed up today with part of the order, looked like it belonged on the front of a store, not my residence. It did not even fit the spacial requirement. These new guys that actually fabricated the awning and had not seen my drawings,so once again I did the same drawings a third time.... when I decided...enough. I have no less than 5 awnings at my business, so I am not inexperienced with the process; never saw a shop drawing, no follow up....owner said today, he would try to come back the middle of January to measure again! Told him never mind. I will keep looking for an other awning fabricator, but probably not on Angies list.

+ -1 moreThere aren't that many awning cleaners. Awning Detailers is the only one I could find. I didn't have a good experience. I phoned them about cleaning my large residential awning. After a couple of days with no callback, I emailed them. Got a phone message proposing a time that wouldn't work for me. Eventually got a live person and made the appointment. Two guys showed up for my 10:00 AM appointment at 8:00 AM. Claimed they weren't told of the start time. I pointed them to the awning.They didn't do much more than I have done myself with the awning. Brushes and hoses. After about 45 minutes, they gave up. The awning didn't look any cleaner than when they started. Apparently, stains from tree debris were beyond their ability to remedy. On the plus side, they did not charge me for their time. At least they were honest about their inability to clean my stained awning.
Description of Work: I hired Awning Ddetailers to clean the large awning in my back yard. I have cleaned it myself periodically, blowing the debris with a leaf blower and hosing it with soap and water. But I decided it was getting beyond my ability to clean, so I called the professionals.

+ -1 moreAWNINGS CARE PLUS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL TO THE CLEANING AND REPAIRS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB BOTH CLEANING AND THE REPAIRS LOOK GREAT. PRICE WAS VERY GOOD AS WELL.
Description of Work: AWNING CARE PLUS CLEANED THE AWNINGS ON TWO WINDOWS AND REPAIRED THREE TEARS IN THE AWNINGS.
