It was a wonderful and excellent experience. They were professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Their pricing was fair. They did quality work and I was very happy with them. They were on time and very professional. I would absolutely use their services again in the future if I need to.

Pretty basic story... Found these guys on Angie's List. They had decent ratings. Called them numerous times and left voicemails on two occasions. They never called back.

Steve Avon redoing our yard was the best experience we ever had with a contractor. Right from the beginning, Steve was a pleasure to work with. We knew we had a big project on our hands after getting several quotes, and we contacted Steve (who had been recommended to us by our neighbors) to work on the specifications for the project to bring it into scope for us. He was great to work with, and he helped us rescope the project so that it was affordable as well as beautiful. Now that the backyard is finished it is absolutely beautiful, even stunning. All the work was done to a high quality. Steve never complained when we wanted to change or add something and he truly gave us the impression that his priority was that we were completely happy with the project. We felt he was so passionate about our yard, he treated it as if it was his own. Steve was very transparent about timelines and kept all his commitments. We felt fully informed throughout the entire project. There were also many little things that truly added to things going really well. At the start of the project Steve went and introduced himself to the neighbors and told them what to expect noise-wise, and told them to contact him if anything bothered them. That was such a nice touch. Every day Steve's guys cleaned everything up, and apart from some building material in the driveway, you would never have known from the front of the property that there was major building work going on in back. We could not be happier with the work done by Steve Avon Construction. Our new backyard is beautiful. Thank you so much, Steve Avon!

They called and I exaplained the problem and they indicated they did this type of work. They requested a picture of the damaged area, and I sent them a picture of the area for repair. They never contacted me again. I follwoed up a couple of times, but did not receive a reply.

Avon Masonry Construction did a fantastic job. Steve Avon (owner) was quick to respond to my initial inquiry for an estimate and was able to come out within a couple of days. Steve made suggestions that I had not thought about (concrete edging to hold all of the pavers together instead of the aluminum band and spikes method used by most contractors. He also suggested he run 3 20 foot 3/4" PVC pipes and 1 20 foot 3" pipe under the ground for future sprinkler system installation, should the sprinkler contractor need access under the patio) Avon was very professional and finished the job completely within 2.5 days. Steve explained in detail how i should maintain the patio and assured me it will still be in place in 20 years. Very Satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Avon Masonry Construction.
