+ 0 moreThey are very courteous, professional, respectful, they don't wear their shoes in and out of the house, and their work is going very smoothly.
Description of Work: I am using them presently. They are reconfiguring all the duct work in the house as the heating and cooling has never worked properly, they are adding another return, I only have one, and there are two units. The house is only four years old.

+ -1 moreI am definitely not happy at all since whenever I made an appointment- the technician never showed up on time. Ihe technician doesn't come for the scheduled appt., he never called and say why. I have to call the company and re-schedule it next day. It is a night mirror if you decide to hire this company since whatever they promise they are unable to fulfill it. They also go by HAC Control Services @ 2202 Daffodil Dr., Pittsburgh, CA 94565. I tried to rectify this situation with the owner Rodolfo Valderrama but it was impasse.
Description of Work: On Dec. 29, 2006 Felipe came to my rental property to diagnose the problem of not being able to heat the house. He suggested that the combustion chambers metal was too thin and the sensor (which Paul from same company changed on Dec 18, 2006) somehow gets activated to turn off the heating prematurely. He mentioned for complete installation for brand new Bryant Model #310JAV03607 $1100 (labor + parts). I agreed upon and asked a written estimate- Filipe said will provide it at after finish after 5pm. He never did provide me invoice, owner's manual, warranty card to my tenants or me. I called on Jan. 8,10,12,16, & 18 promise to send it to me but never did receive it. Went to see Jan. 21- the furnace, Filipe installed older model Sept. 2005 and a Carrier brand. Called the next day Filipe said he can't provide me the documents that I mentioned. He has to see the furnace?? Currently, I have filed a complaint with the Contractor's Board to rectify the situation.
