Their workmanship was great and they cleaned up really well. They also finished when they said they would.

They did a beautiful job. They said it would be a two day job, but ended up finishing in one day. They were hard workers, every time I came home throughout the day, they were always working, never slacking. They were punctual for the install. They were supposed to come back and install some stripping they did not have available that day. The appointment was scheduled for 10 am, at 10:30 they were not here so I called the company and they contacted the installer. He called me and let me know that he would be here between 4-5pm. I was not too satisfied about that, but he did show and everything looks great! I would recommend them.

I wanted to work with a small local company that employed their own installation crew rather than subcontractors. Abbey Carpet in Antioch has a small staff; the showroom sales person was the same person who visited my home to measure and estimate the cost. I was happy that I was able to work with one person who could take care of everything. The two-man installation crew were all business, they started immediately and didn't stop until they were completely done. The installation looks great, the seams are not visible and there are no flaws. I like that fact that the pricing is all-inclusive; removal of the old carpet/pad and the new pad are included in the carpet price. Order time took about 10 days. 50% payment is due when you place the order, the remaining balance is due after installation.

He was responsive and professional. He did a great job. I was very pleased.

THE INSTALLER WE HAD WAS EXCELLENT, DID EXCELLENT WORK AND WAS VERY THOROUGH. THEY HAD TO REMOVE REDWOOD FLOORING THAT WAS IN MY KITCHEN THAT WAS MORE WORK THAN WAS EXPECTED. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES WERE ADDED.
