Paid $500 to replace 6 watering valves, and Mel was here for 3 hours on the job, so I felt the price was bearable. I can't give a final review until we use the watering system for a couple of months, but so far so good. I can't rate the Customer Service unless something goes wrong and I need to call him, which hopefully won't happen.

Mel and his crew were fantastic! He worked with my budget and helped me save in areas I could. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he would. My yard is beautiful and I highly recommend Mel and Gonzalez Jimenez Landscaping.

He was supposed to cap unneeded sprinklers and set up a drip system for the remaining areas. I still have several sprinklers that aren?t capped. The one drip system leaks every time I use the sprinklers. They also left garbage behind in the flowerbeds.

Mel is awesome and knows his way around sprinkler systems. His pricing was fair and he gets the job done. He replaced our two timers, allowing us to get out of "manual" control and repaired a weak drip system. He saved our landscaping!

He was prompt, reliable, and pleasant. But he said he could not adjust the controller (in the garage) because they were all different. So he just looked at it and said that it was scheduled to be on every day. He dug a broken valve out of the ground and replaced it with a metal one. It cost $350.00 and it works!

Mel was either to work with. He was friendly and finished the work quickly, maybe a bit too quickly for the amount we agreed upon. My only concern is the fact I feel I paid a bit too much based on the time and what was done!

Mr Gonzales was quick and pointed out things I did not think about regarding my sprinkler system. It was nIce wrking with him and I’ll save his number for future projects.

Mr. Gonzalez responded within one hour of our request for landscape repair services. He assessed the situation and educated us on what may be involved to fix the problem. He then set a schedule to return Monday morning along with his partner, Carlos. As work progressed, he kept us appraised of what parts were needed for each step of the process. This was long, arduous work in replacing valves, and capping off leaking sprinkler pipes, the timer box, and getting the connections to work for each station. They worked diligently with utmost professionalism. In addition, they are highly knowledgeable and personable. We are very thankful to have found such a reputable firm and we highly recommend Mr. Gonzalez for any irrigation needs.
