Response from Deome 2 Builders Inc
I visited [member name removed] on a wednesday morning at 7 a.m and looked at his deck which he built himself and was wanting a quote on the stairs. I looked at the project and told him i would try to get the estimate out to him that evening via email. I drafted the quote on Thursday and simply forgot to send it and it remained a draft in my out box. I left town for 3 days to go to Tahoe with my family, upon arriving home Sunday i see this review and quickly look at my emails to see what had happened. so on sunday when I get home I send the quote to [member name removed] apologizing and asking why after only 2 days he didnt just simply call to check where the quote was. I am not saying that this is not my fault , I just wonder why when anything could have happened he was so quick to place a negative review without knowing. With technology many things could have happened, as he said I could have had the wrong email, and as long as it didnt bounce back I would not have known, It could have went to his trash mail which happens a lot, or something personal could have happened on my end. None of these things did happen, but why the quick negative review when it was out of character for our company if you read the reviews, we are very punctual and responsive, but we are also human. I also wonder why the F rating in price and quality when he never saw that part of our business, I deserve an F in responsiveness only because I was very punctual to the appointment.
