"Showed up on time as scheduled Spent necessary time at house to collect info Client wanted small repair on a Gazebo that needed replaced Emailed client stating that job was not possible as a repair and would not be sending a bid , heard nothing back Got a text a week later stating she was looking elsewhere I can only assume that this was as simple as me sending email to wrong address or she did not receive my email. I did not respond to her text , there was no need to as she stated She was looking elsewhere. Potential clients need to realize that we offer a free job site visit, that does not mean that we will bid every job or are required to bid every job , every job is not a fit for us whether it be size or scope, and as a builder we have just as much say if we want to bid a job as all clients have a say in who they hire. Just because we decide to not bid or take a job does not mean we deserve an F rating. Please see reviews from clients we did perform work for."
It looks pretty good and I think they did a fairly good job.
"First of all thank you to all the customers who we have actually performed work for and have given us acurate reviews. Part of this review is true and correct and the rest is obviously an attempt to make us out to be a horrible company. Please read all our reviews and you will get a true representation of my company. I did set an appt after I informed customer that our schedule was out 6 weeks for install and didn't want to waste anyones time if she was in more of a hurry, she immediately took it as I was not interested when I was simply allowing her to find someone that could satisfy her timing if she wanted the work performed quicker. I did cancel the appt. 4 days in advance, not on "SHORT NOTICE" as she states, she said it was short notice and I explained to her short notice would be the day before or day of or most companies wouldn't even provide a complimentary call to cancel, they just would not show up. Last time I checked customers have the right to cancel on me which they do daily for reasons that are not my business and I have the same right to cancel any appointment if my company makes a decision to not take on any more fence work due to our schedule. These type of reviews never provide a clear representation of my company, please look at the ones that we have performed work for and they worked with us day after day for weeks and considered our company very professional, courteous, fair, on time, and providing top notch quality."
"So here is another review from a customer that we performed No work for and is somewhat true. But there are pieces to the story missing that will give reasoning for me deciding to not perform the project. Yes I did provide the client with a quote, actually I provided 3 quotes over 5 years, In 2010 I first saw the client, provided a quote and received a signed contract with a deposit of 1000.00. I received a call from the client asking to cancel the contract for personal reasons and I let her out of her contract and discarded her deposit check ( which I had no obligation to do so since the 3 day right to cancel had long passed) I went back to see the client in 2013 and provided an updated quote at which time she decided not to move forward. In march 2015 I went to the house a 3rd time and provided a new updated quote, signed another contract, she informed me she may want to finance the job and either way she was good either paying directly or financing , this was a Wednesday that we signed the new contract , 3 day right to cancel and she provided a deposit check of 1000.00 On sunday she left me a message stating she had her financing lined up and was ready to go, I listened to my messages tuesday evening since I was on a mini vacation and chose to step away from work for a few days. I called her on wednesday a.m about 9 a.m and she informed me she had someone else to look at the job because she had not heard from me, I told her she was under contract with me and the 3 day right to cancel had passed and as far as I was concerned her message was only to inform me she was GOOD TO GO, which was already made clear when she signed. So I simply told her okay have your OTHER guy come out, then I thought to myself, I think it would be best if I shred her check and contract due to her not knowing what she wanted to do. So I told her I would discard her deposit and we would part ways. She was not happy, but I felt that If she took the time to call someone else then she was having second thoughts about my contract, so I made it easy for her to decide. I could have said go ahead and have him come out but it doesn't matter because you are under contract with me, and even if you do go with him I am keeping the 1000 deposit which I have the right to do , but I did not. I am really confused why she said "I yelled at her in a very loud voice" or would give me a low grade in price when she signed my contract 2 times and asked me to come out 3 times. Was I frustrated, yes, mad or loud, no. I have been doing this for over 20 years and enjoy woking with the public , I don't get mad because the reality is its not worth it and every problem has a solution. And in this case I felt it was best for both parties to part ways. I am confident she was looking to get out of the contract again since she had someone else coming to look at the job while under contract with me and was upset because she did not know how to handle me informing her that I did not want to perform her job and decided to make me out to be a "BAD GUY". Please look at all our reviews that we have performed work for as these provide the truest representation of our company. Thank You"
