Overall, the work they did, we would rate them a B for the finished concrete patio and footing but encountered many frustrations during the process and were left with a very bad taste in our mouths. He is a great talker and wins you over.....beware the other review. He continually charges more and more to finish the product. I felt like he spent the money we paid him and then "Forgot" we already paid for certain things. In addition, do not pay him until the job is done or else you will not be happy as they do not do as good of a job if they are already paid. I was also insulted when he was saying how "little" he is making on this job as he used to make, blah, blah blah. RUDE when we are spending thousands of our hard earned dollars that we saved years for our project! At the end of the day....Our concrete is pretty good, BUT the texture is not consistent on it. The sprinklers and irrigation we paid for are incomplete and he said we did not pay for that when we did at the beginning. He comes up with some explanation....oh, that's not what that was for.....that was not included.....!!!!! He wants more money to finish it. He quoted 2 days to prep which was a certain price, but then showed up randomly over the next few days when we were at work and pretty much got it done. He then said it took him 3 1/2-4 days and we had to pay him for the extra days at $500 per day! Also........I come and go through the day and they were here very sporadically, it was not 31/2 -4 days, but we were too stunned and unhappy to argue back and forth.Would not hire him again or recommend him. due to all of the above. Unprofessional. NOT happy.

They were hired to install a sprinkler system for me. Once they started the work they asked for an extra $200.00 for them to finish. I had to pay them to finish the job, but they didn't set the sprinklers or even install a battery in the panel. I ended up having to replace one sprinkler because it didn't even water the plants. When we tried to file a complaints the owners wife threatened to have me cited for parking my fifth wheel on my neighbors property, which i had permission to do. They also refused to give me my contract when I asked to see it.
