+ -1 moreI live in Massachusetts so it is often difficult to coordinate maintenance and repairs at this property. I spoke with Mr. McNamara exactly once about this repair job. The job was completed quickly and when I received the bill in the mail it was self-explanatory and reasonably priced. It was extremely easy to work with this company.
Description of Work: Mr. McNamara repaired an external light fixture at some rental property I own in California. I live in Massachusetts so it is often difficult to coordinate maintenance and repairs at this property. I spoke with Mr. McNamara exactly once about this repair job. The job was completed quickly and when I received the bill in the mail it was self-explanatory and reasonably priced. It was extremely easy to work with this company.

Description of Work: McNamara was contacted from out of the area to help an Aunt who had been without hot water for some time, being located a bit remote outside Pope Valley. Bill responded immediately, was very knowledegable and professional, and as important in this situation, was very caring. He put in a new hot water heater for her, changing it out from Propane and did all quickly and at a very reasonable price. Kept contact with me, far better than would have been expected. Would always use him again and would recommend McNamara to all.
