Perfect Pool & Spa - Service & Repair

Chris, who appears to own the company got paid $1,500 to install a $400 new motor on my pump. His technician programmed it incorrectly, now all the components are running out of sync, with the sweep motor and salt cell running dry without water. He was unwilling to help me program it, said he didn't know how to and he told me the pump was incompatible with my system controller. He told me this only after he installed it and now refuses to correct the problem without charging me even more money. He could have easily offered the next size pump which could work with my controller - but he did not. Told me I should have asked. Chris - if you read this - please make it right and I will change my review. If my review is still up, Chirs never made it right.

Perfect Pool was great. They helped us replace an old pump and we were so happy with their service we decided to also have them be the company to service our pool weekly. They have been great and our pool always looks amazing.

The steps were supposed to be installed under the liner and weren't. The steps were installed incorrectly & then improperly fixed. The step installers left cigarette butts in our flower bed. We asked and paid for an ultraviolet sanitation system, they tried to give us an anodizer that was a much cheaper and wouldn't do what we wanted. We paid them as soon as they were finished. When the concrete started crumbling we made several calls to come an fix the problem. All calls went to voicemail and were never returned. The next season we needed repair work done on the ultraviolet system they installed which should have been under warranty. Once again, we made multiple calls which all went to voicemail. Once again none of the calls were returned even though it was warranty work. Be very careful in dealing with Chris at Perfect Pool. We are every dissatisfied with the quality of work and the service after the project.

All the work that Perfect Pool and Spa has completed at my house has been nothing less than Perfect. We had a part issue on one of the repairs. Of course pool parts are out of their control. They came back out the next day and immediately replaced. This is the best pool repair company that I have found in the Redding area. They do what they say at a fair price. Awesome company.

Wonderful! My pool had black algae that my previous pool service never got rid of. Chris and his crew made it disappear within a week.

We've been with perfect pool for years and the weekly maintenance is perfect. We bought a pool sweep and replaced a pump from them. They did an excellent job. Chris and his crew have performed several repairs over the last few years, always done completely, quickly and with professionalism. Since I started having them do my weekly maintenance, I have never seen my pool look better! Is is always clean, balanced and a pleasure to use!

I use perfect pool and spa as my pool service and have for over 3 years. I started using them because another pool company I had prior wanted to charge me $700 to fix my light in my pool. Luckily I had a problem with my pool sweep and my home warranty sent over perfect pool and spa to fix it. that is when I met Chris. I just happened to mention the light and what they were wanting to charge me and Chris just casually reached in the pool took out the lightbulb and saw it was just burned out. Said he would fix it for around $100. I asked if his company also cleaned pools and he said yes so I hired his company on the spot and fired the other pool guy. My pool has never looked better. I highly recommend perfect pool and spa for all your pool needs. They are a great bunch of people!
